This Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on jewellmaster.com and its sub-domain. By subscribing to or purchasing any plan or service from Jewell Master, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

Jewell Master provides cloud-based ERP software for the jewellery industry. As our products are entirely digital and access is delivered electronically, this Policy reflects the nature of software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery.

1. Nature of Digital Delivery

Jewell Master offers subscription-based access to its cloud ERP Platform. Upon successful payment:

  • Platform access is activated immediately (or within a brief technical onboarding window)
  • The service is considered delivered digitally at the point of access activation
  • Since the service is digital and non-physical, traditional "return" of the product is not applicable

You are strongly advised to:

  • Review all available plan features and pricing on jewellmaster.com before purchasing
  • Request a product demonstration (where available) by contacting support@jewellmaster.com prior to purchase
  • Evaluate whether the plan suits your operational requirements before completing payment

2. Subscription Plans

Jewell Master offers several subscription tiers. Key terms applicable to all plans:

  • Subscriptions are billed annually (or as stated at the time of purchase)
  • The selected plan level, features, and limits are as described on the Website at the time of purchase
  • Jewell Master does not guarantee that any plan will meet every business requirement; evaluation is the user's responsibility
  • Plan upgrades are available at any time - differential pricing will be applied
  • Plan downgrades may be requested but will take effect only at the next renewal cycle

3. Free Trial

Jewell Master may, at its discretion, offer a limited free trial for certain plans. Where a free trial is offered:

  • Trial terms and duration will be explicitly stated on the Website or in written communication
  • No payment is required during the trial period
  • Access to full or selected Platform features will be provided as specified in the trial offer
  • At the end of the trial, continued access will require a paid subscription

Absent an explicit written communication offering a free trial, no trial is available. All subscriptions require upfront payment.

4. Refund Policy

Given the digital and immediately accessible nature of Jewell Master's Platform:

4.1 General Rule - No Refunds

All subscription fees, plan upgrade fees, add-on charges, and service fees are non-refundable once access has been granted. This applies to:

  • New subscription purchases
  • Annual and multi-year renewal payments
  • Plan upgrade payments
  • Add-on feature or module purchases
  • Custom implementation or onboarding service fees

Non-usage of the Platform during an active subscription period does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4.2 Exceptional Refund - Duplicate Payment

A refund may be considered solely in the case of a verified duplicate payment caused by a technical error on our payment system. To qualify:

  • The duplicate payment must be reported to support@jewellmaster.com within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date
  • Supporting evidence (payment confirmation, bank statement) must be provided
  • Our team will investigate and confirm the duplicate within 7 business days
  • If confirmed, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 - 10 business days

Refunds arising from duplicate payments are processed at the sole discretion of Jewell Master after internal verification. No other refund exceptions apply.

4.3 Accidental Purchase

Jewell Master sympathizes with accidental purchases; however, given that Platform access is granted immediately upon payment, refunds for accidental purchases cannot ordinarily be issued. We strongly recommend contacting us at support@jewellmaster.com immediately upon an accidental transaction - we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis, though no refund is guaranteed.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:

  • Via account settings in the Jewell Master dashboard
  • By sending a written cancellation request to support@jewellmaster.com

Upon cancellation:

  • Future automatic renewals will be stopped
  • Access to all paid Platform features will continue until the end of the already-paid subscription period
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining days/months of the active subscription
  • At the end of the subscription period, your account will be downgraded or deactivated
  • Your stored data will be retained for 30 days post-expiry, during which you may request a data export
  • After the 30-day data retention window, data may be permanently deleted

Cancellation takes effect from the date we confirm receipt and processing of your request.

6. Data Export Post-Cancellation

Jewell Master respects your data ownership rights. Upon account cancellation or non-renewal:

  • You may request a full data export (invoices, stock records, customer data, karigar records) within 30 days of subscription expiry
  • Export requests must be submitted to support@jewellmaster.com
  • We will provide your data in a structured, machine-readable format (CSV/Excel) within 7 business days of the request
  • After the 30-day window, data may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

We take payment disputes seriously. If you have a genuine billing concern:

  • Contact us FIRST at support@jewellmaster.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank
  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider without first raising the concern with Jewell Master and without valid grounds:

  • Jewell Master reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the associated account
  • Access to all data may be restricted pending resolution
  • Outstanding dues, chargeback fees, and associated penalties may be recovered through legal proceedings if necessary

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to appropriate authorities and credit agencies in accordance with applicable law.

8. Service Interruptions

Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, emergency security patches, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events do not qualify for refunds or credits. Any Service Level commitments (uptime guarantees, credit mechanisms) apply only where a separate, executed Service Level Agreement (SLA) is in place between Jewell Master and the client.

9. Consumer Protection - Compliance Note

This Policy is drafted in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable e-commerce and digital services regulations in India. Jewell Master does not engage in unfair trade practices and provides clear pre-purchase information about all plan features and this Policy on its Website.

Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, or resolved through arbitration as provided in our Terms and Conditions.

10. Policy Modifications

Jewell Master reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 7 days in advance and posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
