Our founders, A team of technology professionals and jewelry industry veterans based in Pune - spent years watching jewelry businesses struggle with disconnected tools: billing in one software, inventory in Excel, CRM on paper, and accounts managed by a CA who had no real-time visibility. Something had to change.
In 2023, we set out to build the jewelry management platform we always wished existed. After 18 months of development, hundreds of user interviews, and rigorous testing with real jewelry businesses, Jewell Master was born.
